Shaun & Len’s Fil’Am Fusion – Authentic Filipino & Asian Fusion Cuisine in Bicknell, UT

We’ve been here twice and the food didn’t disappoint! The lumpia! Tastes like real Filipino lumpia! The pork adobo, chicken inasal, and pancit canton! Of course the rice! My Filipino heart was so happy! The owners, Shaun and Len were very accommodating! Shaun is fluent in Tagalog! I’m surprised. He knows a lot of Filipino culture! I love it! I hope to see you guys again soon!

Serving Asian cuisine with Filipino influence, Shaun and Len’s Fil’Am Fusion opened recently and has shot to the top of our local favorites list. We’ve been trying to eat more fish, so we were happy to hear that they keep several seafood options on their daily offerings. We had the Sriracha shrimp with honey soy glaze and the Yellowfin tuna steak with spicy sriracha mayo. The meals were each served with delicious rice, noodles, and egg rolls. Packed with flavor, both the shrimp and tuna steak had just the right amount of punch without being overly spicy. We’re looking forward to working our way through the constantly changing menu. All the offerings look delicious, the service was outstanding, and the portions are large. We suggest a bird watching drive along the Bicknell Bottoms Loop with a stop in Bicknell next to the old liquor store. They’re open M-Th 11:30-3 and Friday 11:30-7.

Wonderful food and a great family! You must stop at Shaun and his wife Len and their families restaurant when you’re visiting Capitol Reef! Do not miss out while you’re in town!!! I wish we lived closer! Great portion sizes and service!!! Enjoy!!!

Authentic Filipino food in Bicknell Utah! Several great options. All made fresh on site. Fast & friendly service. Family run restaurant. We tried the teriyaki chicken - And the mushroom chicken. Both were awesome. But I would have to recommend the mushroom chicken. Unique & delicious! They also have kabobs & some American options if you have a picky eater.

Delicious Filipino food, fantastic service. If we were in town longer we would definitely come back! If you’re in the area you can’t miss this place. It’s the best food for miles!

Everything so delicious. Just stopped by during a road trip and got the orange chicken which was incredible as well as the wallnut shrimp, so delicious! Excellent strawberry lemonade!

This place is so good! We stopped here on our way through town and if you are in the area I highly suggest you do the same! The service was excellent and the food even better, very flavorful and delicious but not at all greasy or overdone. We will be coming here again if we find ourselves nearby in the future!

Really tasty food, quickly prepared, and the workers are nice. Their specials are delicious, too. Parking is right in front of the building. When we came here for lunch, most of the spots were already taken, so you might have to park on the street, but it's not a far walk. There is indoor seating but no outdoor seating. Inside, there are 10 tables, and two bar stools at a bar seating area. If you pay with credit card, there's a 3% service charge, so pay with cash if you can.
